The keyhole symbol now at restaurants
Since June 2009 the keyhole has helped consumers in Sweden, Norway and Denmark choosing foods with less fat, salt and sugar, and more fiber and wholegrain than other foods from the same food group. The symbol can also help Swedish consumers choosing complete and balanced dishes of high nutritional quality at restaurants. And by January 2012 this concept will be exported to Danish restaurants.
